Vision Training by Optics Trainer
Delete your account
You can delete your Vision Training account and the data saved to it at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first.
In the app
- Open the Vision Training app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away, and the app signs you out.
By email
If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm the request before deleting anything. Use email too if your account is also used for Optics Trainer VR or by a clinic.

- Your sign-in (email address and password).
- The training results saved to your account, including games played on this device before you signed up.
- Your age range history and streak progress.
- Our records of your subscription purchase checks.
What stays
- Games stored on your own device stay there until you remove the app.
- Security logs that record that an action happened. They do not contain your name or email address.
- If you linked a clinic with a clinic code, sharing with that clinic stops. The clinic keeps its own patient record.
- Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase records.
