Set up Optics Trainer VR on Meta Quest
Install and start training
- Set up your Meta Quest headset (Quest 2 or newer) with the Meta Horizon app, following Meta's instructions.
- Get Optics Trainer: search for Optics Trainer in the Meta Horizon Store on your headset or in the Meta Horizon phone app, or open the store page.
- Install the app. It's free to download.
- Open Optics Trainer on your headset and start your 7-day free trial. After the trial it's $19.99 a month or $199 a year.
- Start your daily workout. It takes about 16 minutes and is set to your level.
If your eye care professional gave you a clinic code, use it in the app to link your home training to your clinic so they can follow along.
